Dana confirms that the UFC could cut Tito Ortiz

Coming once again directly from TMZ.com, the gossip site spoke directly to the UFC president, asking him if Tito Ortiz could be released from the UFC's roster pending the results of his arrest for domestic assault.

White replied "We're gonna be fair, but we could cut him".

Evidently White will wait until at least some dust settles and the police reports are compiled, but if Dana and the UFC chooses, they are well within their rights to take action before anything else comes out, due to the bad publicity this unfortunate incident generates on their sport, brand and business.

White also added:

"Other than going on a killing spree, being accused of domestic violence is the worst thing you can have going for you"
