Strikeforce Lightweight Champion Gilbert "El Nino" Melendez declared that he is not intimidated by Shinya Aoki's "tradition" to break his opponents' arms. Melendez also shared his thoughts on the current Lightweight rankings and his future plans in the Strikeforce promotion. Shinya Aoki and Gilbert Melendez will collide in the main card opener, at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.
