Jason Miller causes Mayhem at the Strikeforce: Nashville post-main event interviews

Strikeforce Middleweight prospect Jason "Mayhem" Miller was involved in an embarrassing incident that put a shameful ending to the entertaining Strikeforce: Nashville event.

"The Crazy Monkey" decided to approach Jake Shield during his post-fight interview, demanding a rematch from the Strikeforce Middleweight Champion. The confrontation ended up in a disgusting brawl, with Jake Shields' training partners swarming all over Mayhem Miller. Strikeforce commentator Mauro Ranallo has immediately reminded the "brawlers" that they are on national Television, as the Strikeforce editors quickly moved to a long commercials break on CBS.

After the event returned from the break, Shields has immediately apologized for being involved in the melee, stating that the incident was out of his character.

Jake Shields has successfully defended his title after by dominating the legendary Dan Henderson during five rounds of main event action. The fight against Henderson was last on Shields' Strikeforce contract, but it looks like the Mayhem's actions may be enough to keep the Top Ranked Middleweight in the promotion.
