Randy Couture vs James Toney in works for UFC 118; New bouts added to Strikeforce's Heavy Artillery

According to MMAJunkie.com, UFC Hall of Famer Randy "The Natural" Couture (18-10) could be the first one to welcome the former IBF Middleweight Champion James "Lights Out" Toney (72-6-2 Boxing) to the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The bout is reported to be in works for the UFC 118 on August 28th, what will be the promotion's first trip to Boston.

Couture has expressed his desire to fight James Toney numerous times, as now it looks like the UFC President Dana White ha finally decided to give "The Natural" an opportunity to test his skills against Toney. The combined age of Randy Couture (47) and James Toney (42) at the fight will be 89, two years less than Couture's previous bout against the fellow Hall of Famer Mark Coleman.

Meanwhile, Strikeforce officials have announced two interesting bouts for the upcoming "Heavy Artillery" event on May 15th. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ace Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza will go to war against the talented striker Joey Villasenor, as the legendary BJJ multi-champion Roger Gracie will face the veteran wrestler Kevin "The Monster" Randleman.

Strikeforce: Heavy Artillery will take place at the 22,500-capable Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri on May 15th.
