After going to the United Kingdom in cities such as London and Manchester the UFC has not returned to any of those cities so far in 2010, but that could change as the organization is reportedly expected to book a UFC Fight Night event at the O2 Arena in London, England this coming October.
According to Yahoo!Sports writer Kevin Iole via Twitter comments that the UFC will hold a live televised fight card on Spike TV during the fall.
“Hearing that UFC will hold a Spike card at the O2 in London in October. Interesting.” said Iole.
The possible event could be a reality as the UFC has been very faithful to fans in the U.K. as they helped build the sports popularity within the last few years and with U.K. stars such as Ross Pearson and Andre Winner coming off separate bouts recently it could also have the two lead the way as a headliner, but an extra free event on live television is always a bonus as well.
